Antirust offers to create national commodities price indicators

MOSCOW, Jul 11 (PRIME) -- The Federal Antimonopoly Service has worked out a system of Russian commodities price indicators, the authority said in a statement on Monday.

"The Federal Antimonopoly Service has elaborated a draft commodities exchange development roadmap,” it said.

“The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia suggests creation of a system of recognized Russian price indicators for commodities. It will reduce dependence on foreign providers of price information."

The service has widened the commodities notion with timber, water biological resources, oil and gas chemicals and other categories of goods.
